The Role

  • Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally, fostering positive brand interactions.
  • Identify and engage with industry influencers and potential brand partners.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and platforms.
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members (e.g., content creators, designers) to ensure a cohesive online presence.
  • Assist with running social media contests, giveaways, and other social media campaigns.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum X years of experience in social media marketing or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative and engaging style.
  • Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools (a plus).
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A passion for social media and a keen eye for visual content.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
