The Role

We are searching for a creative and energetic Brand Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. You will play a vital role in supporting and amplifying our brand identity across various touchpoints. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, from conducting market research to assisting with social media campaigns and creative projects.


  • Conduct market research to identify trends, understand customer preferences, and analyze competitor activity.
  • Assist with developing and implementing brand marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, events).
  • Create engaging content (written, visual, or multimedia) for social media platforms and other marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and monitor our social media presence, responding to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support with the creation and execution of promotional materials (e.g., flyers, brochures, presentations).
  • Assist with planning and executing brand activation events or tradeshows.
  • Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends and social media best practices.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand brand positioning in the marketplace.
  • Generate reports and track the performance of marketing campaigns and social media engagement.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team.


  • Minimum X years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (or a strong educational background with relevant coursework).
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content.
  • Creativity and a passion for developing engaging brand experiences.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A detail-oriented and proactive approach to work.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) (a plus).
  • Experience with video editing software (a plus).
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) (a plus).
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) principles (a plus).
