We are searching for a detail-oriented and CRM-savvy CRM Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for ensuring our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is optimized and utilized effectively to support our sales and customer service functions. Your strong organizational skills and data analysis abilities will be instrumental in keeping our CRM system up-to-date, generating valuable reports, and providing insights to improve customer interactions.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Excellent data entry and data management skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in generating reports and dashboards using the CRM system or related data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
