We are searching for a detail-oriented and CRM-savvy CRM Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for ensuring our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is optimized and utilized effectively to support our sales and customer service functions. Your strong organizational skills and data analysis abilities will be instrumental in keeping our CRM system up-to-date, generating valuable reports, and providing insights to improve customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our CRM system (e.g., [Name of CRM system]).
- Configure and customize the CRM system to meet the specific needs of our sales and customer service teams.
- Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and prospect data within the CRM system.

Qualifications
