The Role
We’re looking for a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining innovative Salesforce solutions that enhance our CRM functionality and improve user experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for the Salesforce platform.
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications, features, and integrations using Salesforce tools and technologies (e.g., Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce).
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, processes, and validation rules to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
- Develop and maintain secure and scalable Salesforce solutions adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and data connectors.
- Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure code quality and application functionality.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex Salesforce issues to maintain optimal performance and user experience.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce configurations and custom code.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, functionalities, and best practices (e.g., Salesforce releases, certifications).
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the overall codebase quality.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to support Salesforce users within the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum X years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce core functionalities and configuration options.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development languages (e.g., Apex, SOQL, SOSL).
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components or Visualforce for building user interfaces (a plus).
- Experience with Salesforce testing frameworks (e.g., Salesforce DX, Jest).
- Working knowledge of Salesforce security best practices (e.g., data security, user permissions).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
- A passion for building user-centric applications and a commitment to continuous learning.
Bonus Points
- Experience with Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PCDI), Salesforce Certified System Administrator (CSA)).
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines).
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs (e.g., REST API, SOAP API).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) in a Salesforce environment (a plus).
- Experience with data migration tools and techniques for Salesforce (a plus).
