The Strategic Architect of Our People Strategy

We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and ensuring we have the talent and culture to achieve our business goals. Your expertise in HR practices, combined with your strategic thinking and relationship-building skills, will be instrumental in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Management:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to recruit, attract, and hire top talent aligned with the company’s needs.
    • Oversee the recruitment process, including job descriptions, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
    • Manage employee relations, including performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
  • HR Strategy & Development:
    • Partner with leadership to develop a strategic HR plan aligned with the company’s overall business goals.
    • Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices, and implement innovative solutions to improve HR processes.
    • Conduct HR audits and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in HR operations.
    • Develop and implement programs to promote employee learning and development.
  • Culture & Engagement:
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
    • Develop and implement employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements and contributions.
    • Manage employee communications and keep employees informed about company news and initiatives.
    • Partner with other departments to create a culture of collaboration and open communication.

Qualifications

  • Minimum X years of experience in a progressive HR generalist or HR leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR programs and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • A passion for building a strong company culture.

  • Experience working in a similar industry (a plus).
  • Experience with HR technology and information systems (a plus).
  • Project management experience (a plus).
  • Strong understanding of employment law (a plus).
