The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Analyst to join our growing HR team. You will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the HR function by providing data-driven insights, assisting with program implementation, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret HR data (e.g., recruitment metrics, employee turnover, compensation data) to identify trends and inform HR strategies.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives, programs, and policies.
  • Conduct research and provide guidance on employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by collecting and analyzing job application data.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate HR data and insights to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records (confidentially).
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Provide administrative support to HR programs and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.
  • Participate in HR projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum X years of experience as an HR Analyst or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, HRIS).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of HR terminology, laws, and regulations (a plus).
  • Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) (a plus).
