The HR Partner

We are searching for a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to join our growing HR team. You will play a vital role in supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement. Your strong administrative skills, combined with your ability to maintain confidentiality and navigate HR processes, will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department and a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    • Assist with recruitment efforts by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.
    • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and complete candidate information.
    • Prepare and distribute new hire paperwork and benefits information.
  • Employee Relations & Administration:
    • Process employee terminations, leaves of absence, and other personnel actions.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system (HRIS).
    • Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment and processing of changes.
    • Provide general HR support to employees, answering questions and resolving basic inquiries.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for HR personnel (a plus).
  • Data & Reporting:
    • Generate HR reports on key metrics (e.g., turnover rate, absenteeism).
    • Assist with HR audits and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Other Duties:
    • Maintain a clean and organized HR filing system (physical and/or electronic).
    • Prepare meeting materials and agendas for HR meetings.
    • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum X years of experience in HR administration or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR terminology, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • A positive and professional demeanor.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) (a plus).
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) (a plus).
  • Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Bilingual abilities (a plus).
