The CRM Architect
We are searching for a skilled and results-oriented CRM Developer to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in developing and maintaining our CRM system, ensuring it effectively supports our sales, marketing, and customer service functions. Your expertise in CRM development and understanding of business processes will be essential in optimizing our CRM to drive growth and improve customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement customizations, features, and integrations within our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365, custom CRM).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders (sales, marketing, customer service) to understand their needs and translate them into effective CRM functionalities.
- Configure workflows, automation rules, and reporting tools to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
- Develop custom fields, objects, and dashboards to extend the functionality of the CRM system and meet specific business requirements.
- Integrate the CRM system with other business applications (e.g., marketing automation tools, accounting software) to improve data flow and efficiency.
- Perform data migration and ensure data integrity within the CRM system.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug CRM system issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in CRM technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum X years of experience developing customizations and integrations within a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or experience with development frameworks for custom CRM solutions).
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts (data management, workflows, automation) and their application in business processes.
- Proficiency in a scripting language commonly used for CRM development (e.g., Apex for Salesforce, JavaScript for custom CRM).
- Experience with integrating CRM systems with external applications using APIs (a plus).
- Experience with SQL queries for data manipulation and reporting (a plus).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
Bonus Points
- Certification in your specific CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I) (a plus).
- Experience with building custom user interfaces (UIs) within the CRM system (a plus).
- Experience with cloud-based CRM deployments (a plus).
