The Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Manager to join our growing team. - Develop and implement technical strategies and roadmaps aligned with the company’s overall goals.
- Manage project risks and ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design) to ensure seamless project execution.
Communication and Influence:
- Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Represent your team and technical area in discussions with senior management.
- Advocate for your team’s needs and secure resources to achieve project objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements in your field and share your knowledge with the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum X years of experience as a software engineer, data scientist, or a similar technical role.
- Proven experience leading and managing a technical team.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- In-depth knowledge of your assigned technical area (e.g., back-end development, data science, machine learning).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous learning.
