The Role
We are looking for a meticulous and passionate QA Tester to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software applications by designing and executing thorough test plans. Your keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in identifying and reporting software defects.
Responsibilities
- Analyze software requirements, user stories, and design documents to understand the intended functionality of features.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans covering various functionalities, user interfaces, and compatibility across different platforms and devices.
- Conduct manual testing using a variety of testing techniques (e.g., black-box testing, exploratory testing) to identify bugs and usability issues.
- Utilize automation testing tools and frameworks (if applicable) to improve test efficiency and coverage.
- Write clear, concise, and reproducible bug reports using bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- Collaborate effectively with developers to diagnose, troubleshoot, and reproduce reported issues.
- Participate in code reviews to identify potential defects early in the development process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest QA testing methodologies and tools.
- Assist with maintaining and improving the company’s QA processes and documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum X years of experience as a QA Tester or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience with various testing techniques (e.g., black-box testing, white-box testing, usability testing).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate identified issues to developers.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- A passion for quality and a commitment to delivering a high-quality user experience.

- Experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) (a plus).
