The Role

We are seeking a data-driven and analytical Digital Marketing Analyst to join our growing marketing team. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting digital marketing data to optimize campaign performance, identify trends, and unlock valuable insights to inform future marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various digital marketing channels (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement, email marketing performance, paid advertising campaigns).

  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards marketing goals and objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to optimize marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies.
  • Generate data-driven recommendations to improve marketing campaign performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members (e.g., content creators, social media managers) to ensure data-driven decision making.
  • Communicate complex marketing data and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum X years of experience in digital marketing analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau).
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with marketing attribution modeling.
  • Experience with SQL or other data querying languages.
  • Experience with specific marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, SEMrush).
