The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic COO to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and growth. As the COO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our daily operations, ensuring efficient execution of our business strategy, and collaborating with the CEO to propel the company forward.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operational functions, including but not limited to:

- Manufacturing and production
- Human Resources
- Information Technology
- Facilities management
- Partner with the CEO to develop and implement the company’s strategic plan.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and innovation within all operational departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders across all departments.
- Oversee risk management processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Develop and manage the company budget and financial resources.
- Lead and mentor a team of senior directors and vice presidents.
- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events and build strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
- Minimum X years of experience as a COO or senior executive in a similar role.
- Proven track record of success in leading and transforming operational functions.
- Deep understanding of business strategy, process optimization, and change management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- A visionary leader who can inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
